Toronto’s dope new trio EMP is made up of Eestbound, Milly Manson, and Pree. The Toronto upstart made their debut late last year and made quite an impression. Now, 2017 is flying by and EMP makes their debut with this genre-bending song titled Pink Nights. The record is co-produced by the E in EMP (Eestbound) and Toronto’s very talented musician River Tiber.
Pink Nights is an electronically-fuelled track, with spacey synths and smooth bass floating for a bit over 3 minutes. The effects on the vocals work perfectly with the feel of the song. This new release makes it EMP’s third official song out and they’re proving to be quite consistent. All songs are different than what most Toronto artists are releasing and blur the lines between genres.
